Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of our products. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

Swimwear is classified as intimate apparel, and for health and hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at hello@bumbay.in. We will review each case individually.
